Directions:

Recommendation:
Moringa leaf powder contains valuable phytochemicals. We therefore recommend starting with 1/2 teaspoon of Moringa powder. After 5 to 8 days, the dosage can be increased to 1 tablespoon per day to 3 tablespoon. Moringa leaf powder is best enjoyed in combination with other meals.
