Chlorella and moringa sweet

  • 200 grams of cashew nuts
  • 200 grams of macadamia nuts
  • 100 grams of almonds

Soak nuts in water for 2 hours, then drain water and grid the nuts in a food processor until smooth.


  • 100 grams of figs
  • 200 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of apricots

Blitz dried fruitsin a food processor.


  • 50 grams hazelnut butter (you can use also walnut)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Moringa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chlorella


Combine all ingridients and roll into balls.

You can also roll the balls in coconut flakes or almond flour to give them delicious nice looking coating.

(Place in the fridge to harden)
